工 作 职 责:
- Understand company vision and strategies, lead team to work on individual goals in accordance with Logistics function goals, ensure department goals being achieved by team work, trains, developing resources, evaluation to people performance and continuous improvement on their capability.
- Set up solid systems and processes to ensure department performance compliance with standard practices, set up clear goals for individual and measure accordingly, feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the site equipment / man capacity by developing and maintaining capacity models, provide accurate capacity information to Management, planning and operations, provide capacity analysis based on forecast scenarios and suggests on capital investment for production equipment and tooling. Manage site layout and optimize space utilization.
- Set up operation efficiency target metrics, working with operations to drive continuous improvement on capital efficiency, product throughput time, labor efficiency, overtime control, capacity flexibility.
- Coordinate with operations, planning and purchase functions to prepare monthly S&OP review materials, summarize key statement and issues for executive review.
工 作 要 求:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or above in engineering, business management and at least 8 years of related working experience and multinational working experience preferred, management experience is preferred.
- A profound understanding of industrial engineering science, manufacturing process and planning process, specific technical skills may include Office software, AutoCAD, Project, MRP system, simulation tools etc.
- This position also requires good ability to communicate in both mandarin and English.
